How a journey works
Your child's Kita Bus journey
Every step is accompanied, and you are notified at boarding and arrival.
Home area to Kita
1. Pickup
Parent brings the child to the agreed pickup point.
2. Boarding
The guardian welcomes and checks the child in.
3. You're notified
Authorised caregivers receive a boarding update.
4. Protected journey
The driver focuses on driving, the guardian accompanies the children.
5. Kita arrival
The child is handed over according to the agreed process.
6. Arrival notification
The parent receives confirmation.
