Morning pickup
Parents or authorised caregivers bring the child to the agreed pickup point at the scheduled time. The child is welcomed by the on-board guardian, checked in and helped to settle safely into the vehicle.
How it works
To Kita and back
Kita Bus provides scheduled morning and afternoon transport between agreed pickup points and participating Kitas. Our aim is to give children a calm, predictable journey while helping families manage their daily routines.
During the journey
The driver focuses on the road while the guardian supports the children. The guardian checks attendance, assists with age-appropriate restraint systems and helps maintain a calm, child-friendly environment.
Arrival and handover
At the destination, children are handed over according to an agreed procedure to an authorised member of the Kita team. The same structured process applies to the afternoon collection.
The return journey
Children are collected at the agreed time and transported to their designated drop-off point. A child is released only to the authorised adult identified in the family's instructions.
Predictable routines
Routes, approximate collection times, authorised contacts and handover arrangements are agreed in advance. Exact service areas and door-to-door availability depend on the individual route.
